PLATT NERA(01949.HK)组合营投资泰国现金存款机项目
PLATT NERA(01949.HK)公布,与关连人士Asvaplungprohm先生及Cash Machine Capital成立合营,以进行投资及开发於泰国的现金存款机项目,合营注册资本5,000万泰铢(约1,250万港元),三方分别占44%、9%及47%股权。
涉及项目包括收购及於泰国便利店安装现金存款机、开发用於运行此类现金存款机的软件及切换器,以及运行及维护等。
