《新股消息》傳馬來西亞手套製造商Top Glove推遲在港上市
《路透》引述消息人士報道,馬來西亞橡膠手套製造商Top Glove有可能推遲在香港的上市計劃,因美國海關和邊境保護局(CBP)未必很快解除對公司實施的入口禁令。
據悉,Top Glove原計劃在第二季末前完成上市,公司在4月將原本計劃發行規模由14.9億股下調至7.935億股,集資10億美元。
美國於去年禁止進口頂級手套的產品,稱公司在馬來西亞的廠房出現強迫勞動的情況。Top Glove在4月表示,已經解決有關的問題,並且得到倫敦道德貿易顧問Impactt Limited的確認。
CBP表示,審查過程的時間會因應每宗案件的具體事實及情況而定,不會修改或撤銷強迫勞動的調查結果,直到有證據證明相關公司已完全糾正錯誤。
