《大行报告》大和降申洲(02313.HK)评级至「跑赢大市」 料东南亚疫情拖累短期风险与回报表现
大和发表报告表示,基於东南亚地区的新冠疫情近期再令人忧虑,虽然该行对申洲国际(02313.HK)长期仍然正面,但疫情发展难免影响短期该股的风险与回报情况。
该行称,决定下调对申洲国际投资评级「买入」降至「跑赢大市」,将目标价由200元升至210元,此相当预测2022年市盈率32倍,认为对申洲国际宜等待更佳的介入点,以待盈利透明度转佳。
大和下调对申洲国际今年纯利预测2%,反映对越南厂房采取较保守估算。
