聚焦產業升級新趨勢、共繪銀企合作新藍圖 盛京銀行鋼鐵行業金融高峯論壇成功舉辦
2021年5月21日，由盛京銀行(02066.HK)主辦的鋼鐵行業金融高峯論壇在北京召開。盛京銀行行長沈國勇、中國鋼鐵行業協會副祕書長石洪衞、國泰君安鋼鐵行業首席分析師李鵬飛，以及近20家大中型鋼鐵企業及頭部鋼鐵電商平台出席論壇。
盛京銀行行長沈國勇作論壇主旨發言
本屆論壇以“‘碳達峯’‘碳中和’目標下 鋼鐵行業發展及銀企合作新機遇”為主題，聚焦鋼鐵行業轉型升級新趨勢，探討金融業和鋼鐵企業深化合作的新路徑。盛京銀行行長沈國勇發表主旨演講。他指出，盛京銀行資產規模穩居萬億，服務範圍覆蓋東北、京津冀及長三角地區。近年來，在新一屆董事會的帶領下，盛京銀行公司治理日臻完善，體制機制更趨靈活，業務結構和經營思路都有了更加清晰的安排。零售業務方面，儲蓄存款已經成為盛京銀行穩健發展的壓艙石，數字化轉型呈現出良好開端；對公業務方面，盛京銀行優選鋼鐵、現代農業、石化和新能源、新基建等十大行業，致力於打造行業金融品牌，將優質的金融資源聚焦到優選行業。鋼鐵工業作為國民經濟的重要基礎產業，始終是盛京銀行的重點支持行業，“雙碳”目標的提出，更為金融業深度融入鋼鐵行業提供了機遇。一方面，盛京銀行以交易銀行和投資銀行為核心，運用資金融通、資本運作、資源整合、資產管理的“四資一體”模式，持續推進行業金融服務方式的多元化；另一方面，推動建立中小銀行多邊合作機制，全方位服務鋼鐵行業的“綠色發展”。

論壇期間，中國鋼鐵工業協會副祕書長石洪衞作了主題為《鋼鐵產業發展趨勢—綠色轉型背景下的鋼鐵產業發展趨勢及銀企合作格局變化》的演講；國泰君安鋼鐵行業首席分析師李鵬飛作了主題為《我們正站在鋼鐵行業新繁榮的起點》的演講。主辦方盛京銀行從結構化融資、產業鏈場景金融服務等方面介紹與鋼鐵企業的合作模式，並結合實際案例與現場企業嘉賓互動交流。本鋼集團黨委常委曹愛民，沙鋼集團董事局常務執行董事、東北特鋼集團董事長龔盛先後從行業發展角度，結合企業各自經營特點作交流分享。論壇最後，盛京銀行與本鋼集團、東北特鋼集團、方大集團、建龍集團簽署戰略合作協議。
