國泰君安國際(1788.HK)宣佈，公司成功協助京東物流於香港聯交所掛牌上市
2021年5月28日，國泰君安國際(股份代號：1788.HK)宣佈，公司成功協助京東物流股份有限公司(JD Logistics, Inc.，“京東物流” ，股份代號：2618.HK)於香港聯交所掛牌上市。此次發行成功獲得各方投資者高度認可，香港公開發售獲超購逾715倍，國際發售亦獲約10.8倍大幅超額認購。國泰君安國際擔任此次京東物流在香港首次公開發行的聯席賬簿管理人兼聯席牽頭經辦人。
京東物流於2021年5月17日正式啟動其香港首次公開發行的公開發售，本次交易共發行6.09億股，每股發行定價為40.36港元，全球發售募集資金淨額241.13億港元(不包括超額配售權)。
本次基石投資者陣容華麗，獲得包括軟銀、淡馬錫、老虎基金(Tiger Global)、中國國有企業結構調整基金及中國誠通投資、黑石(Blackstone)、Matthews Funds、Oaktree共7家國內外知名投資機構的全力加持 ，合共認購約118.8億港元股份。
繼協助京東集團(9618.HK)，京東健康(6618.HK)，再次助理京東物流(2618.HK)登陸港股市場。

根據灼識諮詢報吿，按總收入計，京東物流是中國最大的一體化供應鏈物流服務商，2020年市場份額為2.7%，為超過 19萬家企業客户提供了服務，覆蓋快速消費品、服裝、家電、傢俱、3C、汽車和生鮮等行業。與其他形式的物流服務相比，一體化供應鏈物流服務具有端到端覆蓋、更先進的技術以及對行業洞察的更高要求等明顯特點，旨在賦能客户的業務經營並滿足其不斷更新升級的需求。
此次在香港上市，標誌着京東物流進入新的發展階段。募集資金將重點佈局一體化供應鏈，包括升級和擴展六大物流網絡，開發與供應鏈解決方案和物流服務相關的先進技術，擴展一體化解決方案的廣度和深度，幫助客户提升供應鏈效率和用户體驗，降低運營成本等。
