人事“地震”？捨得酒業6名董監高突然同時辭職

易主、脱帽之後，捨得酒業股價連番大幅上漲。蹊蹺的是，就在此刻，捨得酒業突然接到3名董事、3名監事的辭職申請。
資料顯示，該6名董監高人員大多居於公司核心職位，且享有高額年薪。在董事會、監事會無需換屆之際，該6名董監高為何突然“摔杯”而去呢？
5月27日，捨得酒業發佈公吿稱，公司董事會、監事會當日分別收到公司董事餘東、楊平、任俐霞，監事李健、劉紫越、邱明的書面辭職報吿。
資料顯示，目前，捨得酒業董事會共有8人，除上述3位董事外，還有公司董事長張樹平、副董事長兼總裁蒲吉洲，以及3位獨立董事。
記者梳理髮現，當前捨得酒業的董事會成員組成尚不足一年。彼時，在ST捨得（今年5月19日脱帽）董事會換屆延期後，公司召開臨時股東大會及第十屆董事會第一次會議，審議了董事、監事更換等事宜，張樹平當選為公司董事長，蒲吉洲為副董事長。
此後，10月15日公司舉行臨時股東大會，楊平和任俐霞入選為公司董事，截至到目前任職時間不到8個月。而餘東是一名“老”董事，於2019年6月28日任職，目前時間尚不足兩年。
此番離職的3位董事，在捨得酒業均處於要職。其中，餘東現任公司生產基地副總經理兼酒體中心總監，去年薪酬達94.31萬元，並持有7.5萬股公司股份；楊平現任公司品牌中心總經理，去年薪酬達100萬元。二人辭去董事職務後，仍將擔任其他職務。
任俐霞則為捨得酒業控股股東沱牌捨得集團財務部總監及夢東方集團有限公司財務管理中心總經理，除董事一職外，在捨得酒業沒有其他職務，故去職後不再擔任公司任何職務。
捨得酒業表示，上述3名董事的集體辭職，並未導致公司董事會人數低於法定人數，不會影響公司董事會的正常運作，上述辭職報吿自送達董事會之日起生效。
但3名監事的同時辭職，則將使得5人成員的公司監事會低於法定人數。
資料顯示，李健來自捨得酒業原控股股東天洋控股方面，於2018年8月21日進入公司監事會，身兼天洋控股集團有限公司風控中心副總經理、四川沱牌捨得集團有限公司監事。此次因“個人原因”辭職後，李健將不再擔任公司任何職務。
劉紫越現任公司計劃運營中心副總經理 ，於去年9月28日入選為公司監事，年薪達34.2萬元；邱明與劉紫越同時進入公司監事會，兼任公司風控中心總經理，年薪達42.58萬元。二人辭去監事職務後，仍擔任公司其他職務。
當前，捨得酒業並沒有公吿公司進行董事會、監事會的換屆事宜，上述6名董事、監事同時集體辭職，這一人事“地震”，是提前為新實控人郭廣昌“讓位”嗎？
據瞭解，此次捨得酒業人事變動，主要是豫園股份收購捨得酒業後的正常人事變動，在上述捨得酒業人員離職後，將由豫園股份高層替代。
2020年12月30日，復星旗下上市公司豫園股份以45.3億元競得四川沱牌70%的股份，郭廣昌間接成為捨得酒業實際控制人。
5月27日，捨得酒業股價收盤報181元，總市值突破600億元，今年來累計漲幅高達112%。郭廣昌“入主”捨得酒業後，賬面浮盈已超過100億元。
