聯想集團(00992.HK)20/21財年收入達607.42億美元 創9年來最高增幅
格隆匯5月27日丨聯想集團(00992.HK)公佈2020/21財年全年業績，期內集團實現收入607.42億美元，同比增長20%；毛利97.68億美元，同比增長17%；除税前溢利17.74億美元，同比增長74%；公司權益持有人應占溢利11.78億美元，同比增長77%；每股基本盈利9.54美仙，宣派末期股息每股24.0港仙。
截至2021年3月31日止3個月，集團實現收入156.30億美元，同比增長48%；毛利26.88億美元，同比增長44%；除税前溢利3.80億美元，同比增長392%；公司權益持有人應占溢利2.60億美元，同比增長512%；每股基本盈利2.19美仙。
截至2021年3月31日財年，聯想(集團)實現了多項創紀錄的業績，儘管行業內零部件短缺帶來了挑戰。收入創下9年來最高的20%的增長，財年收入增加了創紀錄的100億美元。集團除税前溢利達到13年以來最高水平，股東應占溢利取得空前增長，同比增長了77%。個人電腦和智能設備業務部門、數據中心業務部門以及智能設備業務部門持續的利潤擴張成為集團強勁的盈利能力的重要驅動力。智能化轉型的成功，也是加速方案銷售和創新的另一有力引擎。在所有產品中利潤率最高的軟體和服務業務，佔該財年集團收入的8.0%，已開發票收入和遞延收入分別同比增長39%和32%，這是由創紀錄的滲透率和具有指標意義的案件所推動。
儘管當今世界格局越來越分散，聯想的運營仍維持全球化公司的運行。個人電腦和智能設備業務連續第三年在個人電腦領域保持全球第一的排名。智能設備業務集團在其重點市場(拉丁美洲和北美)贏得了最高的市場份額。數據中心業務集團業務不僅在高性能計算(HPC)/人工智慧(AI)領域保持了全球領先地位，並且作為基礎存儲供應商，其排名從去年世界第五的上升至今年的第二。集團的治理、業績表現和卓越運營持續贏得全球認可。《企業騎士》雜誌將集團列入“全球2021年全球最具可持續性100家公司”之列，以表彰其持續致力於可持續性發展和社會責任的履行，集團排名比去年上升了19位至第78位。
該財年經營活動產生的淨現金為37億美元，同比增長了14億美元。在營運現金流改善的基礎上，集團淨債務同比減少3.72億美元，並償還了10.45億美元的永續證券，在20/21財年第三季度，集團首次獲得了投資級信貸評級。之後，集團通過髮長債，進一步優化了長期債務結構，利用低利息率降低融資成本。這些資本行動同比節省13%的融資成本和永續證券股息。
