京東物流(02618.HK)香港公開發售獲大幅超購714.61倍 發售價釐定為每股40.36港元
格隆匯5月27日丨京東物流(02618.HK)公吿，公司發售價已釐定為每股發售股份40.36港元，股份將以每手100股進行買賣，預期將於2021年5月28日上市。
全球發售募集資金淨額預計約為241.13億港元，倘超額配股權獲悉數行使，公司將就超額配股權獲行使後擬發行的9137.41萬股發售股份收取額外募集資金淨額約36.32億港元。
香港公開發售項下初步可供認購的香港發售股份已獲極大幅超額認購。合共接獲136.5萬份有效申請，認購合共130.78億股發售股份，相當於香港公開發售項下初步可供認購的香港發售股份總數1827.5萬股的約715.61倍。由於超額認購超63倍或以上，故已應用重新分配程序，且3654.96萬股發售股份已由國際發售重新分配至香港公開發售。香港公開發售項下發售股份的最終數目已增加至5482.45萬股發售股份，相當於全球發售項下初步可供認購的發售股份總數的約9%。
國際發售項下初步提呈發售的發售股份已獲超額認購，相當於國際發售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數的約10.8倍。分配至國際發售項下承配人的發售股份最終數目為6.46億股，相當於全球發售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數的約106%。國際發售已獲超額分配9137.4萬股發售股份，且國際發售項下共有580名承配人。
根據與基石投資者的基石投資協議，基石投資者認購的發售股份數目現已釐定。軟銀已認購1.15億股發售股份，淡馬錫認購4224.47萬股發售股份，Tiger Global認購3849.8萬股發售股份，中國國有企業結構調整基金認購1924.9萬股發售股份，中國誠通投資認購1154.9萬股發售股份，黑石認購2887.35萬股發售股份，Matthews Funds認購1924.9萬股發售股份以及Oaktree認購1924.9萬股發售股份，合共2.94億股發售股份，約佔全球發售項下初步可供認購的發售股份的48.33%；及緊隨全球發售完成後（假設超額配股權未獲行使且不計根據首次公開發售前員工股權激勵計劃、首次公開發售後購股權計劃及首次公開發售後股份獎勵計劃將予發行的股份）公司已發行股本總額的4.83%。
