格隆匯5月25日丨福斯特(603806.SH)公佈,2021年5月25日,“浙商資管聚金福斯特員工持股單一資產管理計劃”通過定向大宗交易(定向購買福斯特集團持有的公司股票)買入的方式完成了公司第三期員工持股計劃的股票購買,購買均價為69.49元/股,購買總數量為131萬股,佔公司總股本的0.14%,購買總金額為人民幣9103.19萬元。
截止該公吿日,公司第三期員工持股計劃股票購買已全部實施完畢,上述已購買的股票將按照相關規定予以鎖定,鎖定期自2021年5月25日起12個月。
