《匯豐輪證》碧桂園微盟紛紛配股 好倉入場可考慮碧服購11665/微盟牛61703
碧桂園服務(6098)上周獲納入恆生指數成分股，並將於6月7日生效，公司最新宣布股債齊發，集資逾154億元，其中配股價75.25元，較周一收市折讓6%。公司在配股公告表示所得款項淨額擬用作未來潛在收併購項目投資、商業管理服務、資產管理服務、生活服務類等新業務的拓展。集團周二早段跌約3%，80元關得而復失，股份獲納入恆指初期比重佔0.97%，如看好資金追貨對股價帶來支持作用，中長線部署可留意碧服認購證11665，行使價 78.88 元， 2021年10月到期，實際槓桿3.9倍。
另外，微盟(02013)同樣宣布配股及發債集資，集資淨額分別為23.1億元及2.94億美元，每股配售價為15元，較周一收市價折讓6.6%。微盟周二早段失守20天線，插近4%後回穩，暫時徘徊10天線樓上。集團表示集資將可提升集團的全面研發實力，如看好股價現階段水平有支持，部署好倉可留意微盟牛證61703，收回價13.6元，2022年3月到期，實際槓桿4.7 倍。
