新加坡法院批准冻结兴隆创办人及其子女数十亿美元资产
新加坡石油巨头兴隆集团(Hin Leong)清盘人向债权人表示,新加坡高等法院已接受冻结创办人林恩强及其一对子女的全球资产,总额不超过35亿美元。
清盘人早前要求要求新加坡法院冻结林恩强家族在全球的资产,包括房地产、股票、基金及俱乐部会藉,以追回拖欠全球近20间银行及其他债权人的款项。
於去年11月汇控(00005.HK)入禀新加坡法院,向林恩强及其一对子女,和兴隆一名女经理索偿近1.16亿新加坡元,并指控林恩强等人伪造收据来骗取银行1.12亿美元。
