景福集团(00280.HK):预计年度纯利超2500万港元
格隆汇5月21日丨景福集团(00280.HK)发布公告,预期集团截至2021年3月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占综合溢利超过2500万港元,对比上年度的约580万港元。
公告表示,该可观的溢利增长主要是由于在该年度内集团的零售业务收益及产品毛利率增加及营业成本下降,大部份是由于租赁市场的放缓有利集团,因而减少了集团租金支出及营销支出下降。虽然在2020年受到2019年冠状病毒的不利影响,集团的零售业务在2020年下半年已逐渐恢复,及本年度的收入有低个位数增长。
