祥生控股集團(02599.HK)獲“2021年中國上市房企第29名”
5月20日,由億翰智庫、嘉和家業主辦的“2021第四屆中國不動產金融論壇”在深圳舉行。
本次峯會上,上市僅半年的祥生控股集團(02599.HK)憑藉穩定向上的企業實力榮登“2021年中國上市房企TOP30”,同時也獲得了“2021中國上市房企財富創造能力十強”及“2021中國上市房企投資價值十強”兩項殊榮。



2021年作為十四五的開局之年,也是房地產業進入管理紅利時代的元年。本次峯會以“堅守與精進”為主題,專設“資本路演”平行論壇,邀請上市房企、物企、銀行、券商、基金、保險和信託等專業人士共同參與商討,旨在堅守行業發展的長期主義,助力上市企業提質增效的模式精進。

基於合理的土儲儲備和區域深耕優勢,祥生控股集團長期保持強勁的發展勢頭。2021年3月,建銀國際、招銀國際等多家券商首次覆蓋祥生控股集團並給予“買入”評級,對祥生控股集團業績穩健增長及強勁的發展實力予以充分認可。
5月上旬,穆迪、標普、聯合國際三家國際評級機構正式發佈對祥生控股集團的長期主體信用評級結果——穆迪授予B2評級、標普授予B評級、聯合國際授予BB-評級,評級展望“穩定”。

上市僅半年,祥生控股集團即獲得多家權威評級機構的肯定,反映出國際資本市場對祥生控股集團主體信用、風控能力、穩健經營、高質量發展模式的一致認可,對其拓寬融資渠道,降低融資成本,提升投資價值具有十分重要的意義。
