香港半島酒店首季出租率30%按年升16個百分點 按季轉跌
大酒店(00045.HK)公布,今年首季香港半島酒店平均可出租客房收入為791元,按年增加28.41%,按季轉跌32.57%;平均房租為2,642元,按年跌近40%,按季亦跌11.2%;出租率為30%,按年升16個百分點,按季轉跌9個百分點。
在其他亞洲地區方面,去年第四季平均可出租客房收入為506元,按年跌51.25%;平均房租2,549元,按年跌11.71%;出租率20%。
至於美國及歐洲方面半島酒店平均可出租客房收入為1,066元,按年下跌63.8%,按季則升10.59%,平均房租4,784元,按年跌16.23%,出租率22%。
出租物業方面,首季住宅每呎每月平均收益跌至40元,按年及按季分別跌16.67%及2.44%。商場跌至125元,按年及按年分別跌5.3%及7.41%。辦公大樓按季保持66元。
