据报深圳多家银行上调首套及二套房贷利率
继建行(00939.HK)(601939.SH)深圳分行在5月上旬上调房贷利率水准後,本周深圳多家银行也相继上调房贷利率。
据《第一财经日报》报道,其中,工行(01398.HK)(601398.SH)、农行(01288.HK)(601288.SH)、中行(03988.HK)(601988.SH)、交行(03328.HK)(601328.SH)四大行深圳分行均已将房贷利率上调,首套房贷利率较之前上调15个BP至5.1%,二套房贷利率较之前上调35个BP至5.6%。
股份制商业银行中,招行(03968.HK)(600036.SH)深圳分行也已上调;民行(01988.HK)(600016.SH)、邮储行(01658.HK)(601658.SH)等银行深圳分行暂时维持原来的利率水准。
报道引述银行人士表示,此次深圳多家银行上调房贷利率是市场行为,并非接到监管针对楼市调控的相关指导。
