Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. (03388.HK) has launched its Hong Kong IPO. The offering period runs from May 20 to May 26, 2026. The company plans to globally offer 73,427,550 H shares, with a 15% over-allotment option. The offer price is HK$18.80 per share, with a board lot size of 150 shares and an entry subscription fee of approximately HK$2,848.44. The shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 29, 2026. China International Capital Corporation (CICC) is the sole sponsor.

Creality is a global provider of consumer-grade 3D printing products and services. Its product portfolio includes 3D printers, 3D printing filaments, 3D scanners, laser engraving machines, accessories and other products, as well as various services provided through its Creality Cloud and Nexbie platforms.
According to CIC, in terms of GMV in 2025, the company ranked second globally in the consumer-grade 3D printer market with a market share of 11.2%, first globally in the consumer-grade 3D scanner market with a market share of 45.3%, and fourth globally in the consumer-grade laser engraving machine market with a market share of 4.8%.
As of December 31, 2025, the company’s sales network covered approximately 140 countries and regions, supported by 81 online stores and 2,422 domestic and overseas distributors.
According to the prospectus, Creality recorded revenue of approximately RMB1.883 billion, RMB2.288 billion and RMB3.127 billion in 2023, 2024 and 2025, respectively. Net profit/loss for the same periods was approximately RMB129 million, RMB89 million and a net loss of RMB182 million, respectively.
Adjusted net profit (a non-IFRS measure) was approximately RMB130 million, RMB97 million and RMB92 million for 2023, 2024 and 2025, respectively.
Based on the offer price of HK$18.80 per share and assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised, the company expects net proceeds of approximately HK$1.272 billion from the IPO.
The proceeds are intended to be used for research and development investments to strengthen technological capabilities (approximately 30%), overseas user operations including the development and operation of the Creality Cloud and Nexbie platforms (approximately 25%), global brand promotion and sales channel expansion (approximately 25%), pursuing strategic partnerships, investments or acquisitions (approximately 10%), and working capital together with general corporate purposes (approximately 10%).
