渤海銀行(09668.HK):2020年度末期股息預期將於2021年7月16日派付
格隆匯5月17日丨渤海銀行(09668.HK)公佈,由於年度股東大會第4項有關2020年度利潤分配方案之普通決議案已獲股東大會批准,該行將向於2021年5月27日名列股東名冊的股東派發2020年度現金股息,每10股派發現金股息人民幣0.85元(含税)。該行向內資股股東支付股息以及其他款項,以人民幣計價和宣佈,並以人民幣支付;該行向H股股東支付股息及其他款項,以人民幣計價和宣佈,並以港幣支付。H股股東2020年現金股息款項將按照該行年度股東大會當日中國人民銀行公佈的人民幣兑港元匯率中間價1.00港元兑換人民幣0.82788元折算成港幣進行支付。據此,每10股H股的應付2020年度末期股息金額為1.026719港元(含税)。
2020年度末期股息預期將於2021年7月16日派付。
