先健科技(01302.HK)G-Branch™FIM研究中期隨訪結果表現優秀
領先的心腦血管及外周血管微創介入醫療器械企業——先健科技公司(“先健科技”，01302.HK)宣佈，公司旗下創新產品G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統的FIM研究已完成全部患者入組，且中期隨訪結果表現優秀。
G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統由先健科技公司與中國人民解放軍總醫院第一醫學中心血管外科郭偉教授及其團隊合作研發，適用於胸腹主動脈瘤的腔內重建。該產品針對解決多分支動脈腔內重建這一國際性難題創新開發，屬全國首創，技術水平國際領先。
G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統的FIM研究由郭偉教授擔任主要研究者(PI)，已於今年3月完成全部受試者入組，目前所有患者均進入隨訪階段。術後六個月及術後一年的隨訪結果均顯示：受試者狀態良好，未發生內漏、支架移位及分支血管狹窄或閉塞，初步證明了G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統治療胸腹主動脈瘤的安全性和有效性。
胸腹主動脈瘤是死亡率極高的疾病，其發病率約佔全部主動脈瘤樣擴張病變的7%-15%，如未及時治療，2年和5年死亡率分別為約76%和95%[1]。由於胸腹主動脈瘤的累及範圍較廣，涉及到胸腔、腹腔以及胸腹聯合部位的重要內臟分支的腔內重建，是EVAR/TEVAR等腔內技術面臨的重大挑戰，目前尚無有效的介入解決方案。
先健科技G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統為解決這一難題提供了優秀的創新器械解決方案，其可實現完全腔內技術下分支血管重建，並維持術中各臟器持續血供。該產品的主體支架內預置了兩個內嵌分支支架，並在主體支架的兩側預接一對短分支支架，四個分支支架保持與人體內臟分支血管起始位置一致，以便重建胸腹主重要分支動脈。該產品設有足夠的近端錨定區，可有效降低I型內漏的發生風險。同時，產品的定位和釋放更精準：支架主體在X線下清晰可見四個分支支架的標記位置，且內嵌分支支架內預置導絲，其可使入路後鞘管精確的選入主體支架內各接口和分支動脈。此外，該產品分級釋放的設計，便於臨牀醫生調整位置，從而使支架釋放更精準。先健科技G-Branch™胸腹主動脈覆膜支架系統的適應症廣泛，可用於解剖結構更為複雜的病例，並可適用於不同直徑的內臟分支，主體支架的近端和遠端均可針對患者的情況進行延長，以滿足不同的疾病治療需求。
