華新手袋國際控股(02683.HK)暫停柬埔寨生產設施運作
格隆匯5月14日丨華新手袋國際控股(02683.HK)公吿，自2021年4月以來，柬埔寨的COVID-19新確診病例宗數一直上升，柬埔寨政府已在其首都金邊實施封鎖措施，目前有效期直至2021年5月19日（包括該日）。自2021年4月29日開始，封鎖範圍已指定為紅區、橙區或黃區。由於柬埔寨生產設施並非位於封鎖範圍內，不受柬埔寨政府實施的封鎖措施限制，公司董事認為其一直運作，未有受到嚴重干擾。
自COVID-19疫情以來，公司已採取負責任行動，在對抗COVID-19的過程中於其柬埔寨及中國生產設施採取必要的預防及防範措施。特別是，柬埔寨生產設施及中國工廠的所有僱員及訪客均強制佩戴口罩，並須於進入前量度體温。
然而，自本星期起，集團於柬埔寨生產設施的部分僱員確診感染COVID-19，而直至2021年5月14日，確診數字合共21宗，而中國工廠並無呈報個案。就柬埔寨衞生部報導在柬埔寨生產設施發現COVID-19個案，於與柬埔寨政府相關部門討論後，公司將負責任並迅速暫停柬埔寨生產設施運作，由2021年5月15日至28日止為期14天，詳細檢討目前採取的預防及防範措施以在適當的情況下加強有關措施，並於柬埔寨生產設施進行徹底深入清潔，以進一步保護全體僱員。此外，該等與確診病例密切合作的僱員亦已進行COVID-19測試及隔離14天。
董事預期，暫停運作可能導致本年度上半年集團原定計劃生產時間表及向客户的產品交付延遲，可能對集團的營運及財務表現造成不利影響。集團已知會其客户可能延遲完成原有計劃的訂單，而有關可能延遲已獲客户接納及同意，且就延遲完成訂單不受處罰。集團截至2020年9月30日止六個月銷售於柬埔寨製造的產品所產生的收益佔收益約93.6%。因此，集團將竭力將柬埔寨生產設施的部分生產訂單重新分配至其在中國的工廠，以減輕暫停運作可能對集團及其客户的潛在影響。
