《大行報告》麥格理降統一(00220.HK)評級至「中性」 目標價下調至9.7元
麥格理發表研究報告,指統一(00220.HK)首季收入增長加快至雙位數,主要由飲品業務帶動,但首季盈利按年跌10.9%至3.78億元人民幣,遜該行預期11%,主因原材料不利因素及更多的推廣開支,短期毛利率料受壓。該行料統一今明兩年盈利增長放緩至3%及6%,因此預計市場可能會降低其估值。
該行調升集團收入預測1.5%,惟分別下調2021至22年盈利預測11%及18%,目標價相應由13元降至9.7元,評級由「跑贏大市」降至「中性」,建議靜待更好的入市時機。
