《大行报告》中银国际:蒙牛(02319.HK)被达能出售股权後可释市场疑虑 料股价下行风险有限
达能集团(Danone)公布完成出售蒙牛乳业(02319.HK)达9.8%的股份,套现154亿元。中银国际发表报告表示,达能落实出售蒙牛的9.8%股权,相信可以消除市场对蒙牛遭达能出售持股的不明朗因素,而交易完成後,中粮集团仍持有蒙牛乳业约21.4%股权。
中银国际重申对蒙牛乳业「买入」评级,予目标价52元,指现时股价便宜,下行风险有限,料今明两年盈利增长分别可达44%及20%,指蒙牛属该行内需首选股之一。
