据报中石油及中石化等洽商入股卡塔尔大型LNG项目
《路透社》引述消息人士报道,卡塔尔国营能源公司卡塔尔石油(Qatar Petroleum)正与中石油(00857.HK)及中石化(00386.HK)等多间中国公司,就规模287亿美元的卡塔尔北田(North Field)扩大项目的股权进行磋商。西方主要油企如埃克森美孚(XOM.US)、壳牌、康菲石油(COP.US)、法国道达尔(Total)及意大利埃尼(Eni)亦获邀入标。
该项目是目前全球最大的液化天然气(LNG)项目,卡塔尔今次选择与中国企业合作是希望能改变技术,以及减少对西方国家的依赖。目前尚不清楚双方的谈判进度,但据悉中石油正洽商收购5%的股权。
