创业集团控股(02221.HK)拟折让逾44%配新股,该股继昨天涨49%中途停牌後,今早复牌曾再飙近74%高见0.92元,创逾年半高,现造0.71元,续涨34%,成交增至3,198万股,涉资2,447万元。
创业公布,根据特定授权,拟以每股0.295元(较停牌前折让44.34%)向9名独立第三方发行合共1.69亿股新股或占扩大後股本19.02%,所得净额4,950万元,拟用作近期取得安徽省宣城餐厨垃圾处理项目初步投资成本及还债等。(sz/a) ~
