格隆匯5月7日丨韋爾股份(603501.SH)大跌7.45%,暫為滬深300成分股跌幅第一,報271.3元,總市值2355億元。韋爾股份節前公佈,公司於近日收到中國證券監督管理委員會上海監管局出具的《關於對上海韋爾半導體股份有限公司採取出具警示函措施的決定》。經查,公司在信息披露方面存在違規問題。此外,截至4月27日,青島融通民和投資中心(有限合夥)減持計劃實施完畢。青島融通通過集中競價方式減持公司8635670股,佔公司總股本的0.99%。
