港股异动 | 物管股普涨 保利物业(6049.HK)升6%领涨
格隆汇5月6日丨港股物管股全线上扬,保利物业大涨6%表现最佳,时代环球集团涨5%,世茂服务、中海物业、绿城服务皆涨超2%。兴业证券日前指出,物业管理行业的行业属性,即存量+增量的发展模式,无重大资本开支,净现金的财务状况,稳定的派息分红,决定了行业的估值下限。而物管公司的管理服务水平,物业的质量以及业绩增长的潜力和确定性决定了估值的上限。兴业认为龙头物管公司将继续享有估值溢价,同时成长性和确定性兼具的优质中型物管公司也值得关注。
