HPC Holdings(01742.HK)公布,间接全资附属HPC Builders向买方J.Keart Alliances出售目标公司的100%股权,现金代价为420万新加坡元(下同),另加应向政府部门偿付的任何预付款。
目标公司於新加坡注册成立,其业务活动为楼宇建筑工程及金属结构产品制造。公司预计将就出售事项录得收益。出售事项所得款项净额预计为约415万元,将用於在日常业务过程中为集团的其他投资及经营活动提供资金。
