ST電能(600877.SH):控股股東國有股份無償劃轉完成過户登記
格隆匯 4 月 30日丨ST電能(600877.SH)公佈,近日公司收到重慶聲光電通知,本次無償劃轉的國有股份過户登記手續已辦理完畢,並於2021年4月30日收到中國證券登記結算有限責任公司出具的《過户登記確認書》。
此次無償劃轉完成後,電科能源不再持有公司股份,重慶聲光電將持有公司262,010,707股股份,佔公司總股本的31.87%;公司控股股東由電科能源變更為重慶聲光電,間接控股股東仍為中國電子科技集團有限公司,實際控制人仍為國務院國有資產監督管理委員會。
