正商實業(00185.HK)公布,於30日(今日),間接全資附屬河南興商以約6.74億元人民幣,投得一幅土地編號為LYTD-2021-33號的河南省洛陽市地塊之土地使用權。集團將以內部資源撥付。
該地塊位於河南省洛陽市澗西區絲路大道與渠北路東北角,總佔地面積約7萬平方米,許可容積率介乎於1.0至3.2之間。指定為住宅用途使用年限為70年、商業用途使用年限為40年和地下空間用作停車場及人防設施用途使用年限為50年。
