据报中信里昂证券向年轻银行家基本加薪30%遏止离职潮
据《彭博通讯社》引述消息称,中信里昂证券(CLSA)对年轻银行家平均基本加薪约30%以遏止离职潮。
消息称,视乎工作经验,投行经理基本月薪将增至介乎7.5万至9.5万港元;入职首年的分析师将加薪最少40%,基本月薪达4万至6万元。是次加薪属该行近数年最大幅度薪金调整。
