重磅：易居(02048.HK)獲得阿里增資 全資控股天貓好房
4月28日，易居(中國)企業控股有限公司(02048.HK)("易居")發佈公吿，宣佈收購阿里巴巴集團(NYSE:BABA，09988.HK)("阿里")所持有的天貓好房公司85%股份。同時，阿里巴巴和周忻增持易居股票，雲鋒基金入股易居。交易完成後，天貓好房公司成為易居旗下全資子公司，而阿里將成為易居第二大股東。
據此，易居與阿里將升級戰略合作，阿里將天貓好房公司的股權轉給易居，並全力支持易居打造房地產數字化營銷和交易平台。
公吿顯示，易居通過向阿里按每股7.50港元的價格增發2.48億新股，完成對天貓好房公司的收購，摺合收購對價18.6億港元。阿里同時出資9.9億港元，以每股7.50港元的價格認購1.32億易居新股。周忻出資10億港元，以每股7.50港元的價格認購約1.33億易居新股。雲鋒基金出資5億港元，以每股7.50港元的價格認購約6667萬易居新股。交易完成後，周忻以佔股22.84%繼續保持易居第一大股東地位，而阿里將成為易居第二大股東。
據悉，2020年7月31日，易居和阿里巴巴達成戰略合作，雙方計劃在線上線下房產交易、數字營銷和交易後服務等領域展開深度合作。9月16日，阿里與易居聯合推出天貓好房，致力於打通看房、購房全鏈路，為開發商定製專門的房產旗艦店，打造房產線上營銷平台。自天貓好房成立以來，雙方深度合作，推出"好房雙11"等活動，贏得市場肯定。通過半年來雙方深度磨合，易居在房地產營銷和交易服務方面的經驗與資源獲得阿里的高度認可。基於此，雙方將升級戰略合作，由易居團隊主導天貓好房平台的建設和運營。同時，阿里作為易居股東為天貓好房提供品牌、技術、產品和運營等方面的賦能。
