恆生科技指數成分股方面，截至10:48，京東集團漲超3%，京東成爲英雄聯盟2021季中冠軍賽中國區官方合作夥伴。祖龍娛樂、阿裏巴巴、ASM太平洋均漲超2%，百度、騰訊、中芯國際漲幅均不足1%，野村維持騰訊評級及目標價；小米、平安好醫生均跌超3%，阿裏健康跌超2%，快手、美團跌幅則不足1%。
抗疫概念股繼續衝高，截至10:48，開拓藥業領漲，漲超9%，續刷歷史新高。白雲山漲超6%，公告稱公司一季度歸母淨利同比增37.47%至16.27億元。京東健康漲超5%，復星醫藥漲超4%，石藥集團、康希諾生物漲超1%。

教育板塊普遍走強，截至10:48，創聯教育金融漲超7%，中教控股漲超6%，嘉宏教育漲超3%，卓越教育、中彙集團、卓越教育均漲超2%，思考樂漲幅不足1%；新東方-S跌超1%，新東方在線跌超2%。
物業板塊表現亮眼，截至10:48，恆大物業領漲，漲超6%，昨日恆大物業附屬稱，擬3919.83萬元收購恆大保險經紀有限公司100%股權。碧桂園服務漲超3%，瑞銀上調其目標價至95.9元，評級“買入”。濱江服務漲超3%，佳兆業美好、世茂服務均漲超2%，雅生活服務、綠城服務、新悅城服務均漲超1%。
有色金屬板塊下挫，截至10:48，江西銅業股份跌超4%，昨日公司公告稱，一季度淨利同比增長436.29%。中國有色礦業、中國大冶有色金屬、中國宏橋跌超3%，中國鋁業、五礦資源、中國黃金國際、洛陽鉬業均跌超2%。
航運板塊承壓，截至10:48，東方海外國際跌超7%，東方海外國際一位股東以折讓11.5%的價格配售股份，中國通商集團跌近6%，中遠海控、太平洋航運、中遠海發均跌超2%，天津港發展、榮豐聯合控股跌超1%；海豐國際漲超2%，大和、匯豐研究等大行均予海豐國際“買入”評級。
汽車股走低，截至10:48，吉利汽車、北京汽車均跌超2%，東風集團、五菱汽車跌超2%，比亞迪股份、廣汽集團跌幅不足1%；雅迪漲超2%。昨日中汽協公佈，首季汽車製造業累計利潤按年增長8.4倍。
個股方面，截至10:48，匯豐控股漲超2%，第一季度稅前利潤同比飆升79%，遠超市場預期。樂嘉思控股漲超116%，獲要約人劉展程溢價83.33%提現金要約。中國電信漲近3%，其A股發行申請獲受理。歡喜傳媒漲超3%，公司擬配售2.1813億股。信達生物漲超4%，旗下藥物達伯舒首季銷售逾7億元。
