格隆匯 4 月 28日丨ISP GLOBAL(08487.HK)公吿,基於對集團截至2021年3月31日止九個月未經審核綜合管理賬目初步審閲及現時可得其他資料,集團預計於該期間錄得公司擁有人應占綜合淨虧損約30萬新加坡元,而於2020年同期錄得公司擁有人應占綜合純利約20萬新加坡元。
根據董事會現時可得資料,該預期減少乃主要歸因於(其中包括)(i)集團於該期間為在中國的新電子商務分部商機提供資金相關的行政成及開支增加;及(ii)集團結算或持有新加坡元以外貨幣(例如美元及港元,於該期間兑新加坡元貶值)的營運附屬公司的其他匯兑虧損增加。
