格隆匯 4 月 23日丨保誠(02378.HK)宣佈,公司股本中每股面值5便士的普通股於香港聯交所的每手買賣單位將由500股股份更改為50股股份,自2021年5月14日(星期五)上午九時正起生效。
股份目前以500股股份為每手買賣單位進行買賣,而每手買賣單位股份之市值為79,500港元(按於公吿日期香港聯交所所報之收市價每股股份159港元計算)。在更改每手買賣單位生效後,股份將以50股股份為每手買賣單位進行買賣,而每手股份之估計市值將為7,950港元(按於公吿日期香港聯交所所報之收市價每股股份159港元計算)。
