福紡控股(08506.HK)就拓展電子商務業務訂立服務協議
福紡控股(08506.HK)公布,附屬深圳君有安與主席程俊持股約25.37%的北京嗖嗖快跑訂立授權協議,初步合作開發電子商務業務。
根據授權協議,雙方將訂立社區總經理服務合同,深圳君有安將支付約定費用3.1萬元人民幣。另外,深圳君有安將每年向北京嗖嗖支付100萬元人民幣以作為授權費,而北京嗖嗖將提供技術支持及培訓服務。
公司表示,紡織行業的未來市況存在不明朗因素,因此有必要採取多元化發展策略,以便在面對行業眾多不明朗因素及挑戰的情況下維持盈利能力。
