《高盛認股證牛熊證》 市場焦點美團 股價倒升跑贏大市 貼價購16134，高槓桿沽19242，貼牛68051，活躍近熊66266
正股表現：美團(3690)昨日低開後曾反彈，更曾重上300元水平，惟收市跌約0.3%。今早則低開約0.2%後反彈並重上290元水平，最高見295.4元。現報291.8元，升約0.9%，見前跑贏大市。
美團公布，擬發行2027年及2028年零息可換股債券，本金總額分別約14.8億及15億美元，並配售1.87億股，配售價為每股273.8元，折讓約5.3%。而美團亦擬將配股所得款項用於科技創新、包括無人車、無人機配送等前沿技術領域的研發，及一般企業用途。
及後有券商指美團集資後現金多於拼多多及京東(9618)，將支持社區團購等新業務發展。該行維持對美團「買入」投資評級，目標價404元。
資金流向：觀察個股輪證資金流向，可見認購證於昨日獲資金轉向，錄得約620萬元資金流入。而認沽證則於上週五錄得約390萬元資金流入後，昨日獲資金轉向沽出。牛熊證方面，則見昨日牛證繼續獲資金流入，有約300萬元。而昨日流入熊證的資金則集中在310至320元收回區域的產品。進而觀察港股通資金流向，則見昨日美團繼續獲北水買入，錄得約2.2億元資金淨買入。
