格隆匯 4 月 19日丨南京熊貓電子股份(00553.HK)發佈公吿,公司為南京熊貓電子裝備有限公司、南京熊貓信息產業有限公司、南京熊貓電子製造有限公司、南京華格電汽塑業有限公司、南京熊貓機電製造有限公司、成都熊貓電子科技有限公司總額累計不超過人民幣67,500萬元融資提供擔保,期間自2020年年度股東大會結束之次日起至2021年年度股東大會召開之日止。截止公吿日,公司實際為上述公司提供的擔保餘額是人民幣33,447.93萬元,在股東大會批准總額範圍內。
