格隆匯 4 月 16日丨諾德股份(600110.SH)發佈2020年度業績快報,實現營業總收入21.55億元,同比增長0.22%;利潤總額2917.83萬元;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤538.54萬元,上年同期為虧損12190.36萬元;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤-5051.26萬元;基本每股收益0.0046元。
上年同期公司因深圳市沃特瑪電池有限公司破產重整影響,公司計提信用減值損失金額較大,公司已於2019年度末對該項應收款項扣除可收回部分後全額計提了壞賬準備,本期無此項因素影響。
報吿期內,公司計入當期損益的政府補助、單獨進行減值測試的應收款項壞賬準備轉回、轉讓部分股權取得的投資收益、非流動資產處置損益、債務重組收益等非經常性損益5589.80萬元。
