特發信息(000070.SZ)：與騰訊雲、特發集團簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 4 月 12日丨特發信息(000070.SZ)公佈，為集合和發揮各自優勢，在滿足各自核心訴求的基礎之上開展實質性的雲計算產業生態合作，謀求共同發展，公司(“丙方”)與騰訊雲計算(北京)有限責任公司(“騰訊雲”或“甲方”)、深圳市特發集團有限公司(“特發集團”或“乙方”)經友好協商，於近日簽署了《騰訊雲計算(北京)有限責任公司、深圳市特發集團有限公司、深圳市特發信息股份有限公司戰略合作協議書》。
針對特發集團作為深圳市央國企的重要企業，騰訊雲成立了由智慧工業拓展團隊、智慧文旅與酒店會展拓展團隊、運營商拓展團隊，以及IDC生態拓展團隊相關人員所組成的虛擬團隊，全面負責項目規劃實施；方案由特發信息發起統籌、統一規劃搭建特發集團數字化平台。基於騰訊雲在數字新基建領域的經驗，以特發信息作為項目試點單位，融合特發信息建立深圳智慧城市的經驗建立特發大數據平台，圍繞數據新基建、建設科技賦能產業發展的數字化企業模式，首先將特發信息作為特發集團數字化應用的標杆示範和推廣平台企業。主要內容如下：
1、三方合力打造高水平的新型基礎設施，加快傳統產業和新型基礎設施融合，提升創新基礎設施支撐能力。
2、依託於特發信息在工業通信設備、光纖光纜、電子設備領域豐富的運營經驗和完善的生態規模，結合騰訊雲在大數據、雲計算、人工智能等領域擁有的先進技術，以及在雲端和用户端豐富的運營經驗，以“產業互聯網平台”為基礎，完善產業互聯網新應用功能，建設特發集團特有產業互聯網新標準。
3、基於騰訊雲、特發集團和特發信息的技術優勢，三方一起致力於發掘包括但不限於工業互聯網領域的應用場景，通過深入的技術交流和產品對接，嘗試打造新的、具有廣闊市場空間和較高行業價值的解決方案，不斷擴大行業覆蓋的廣度和深度，全面助力包括工業企業在內的廣大企業客户的數字化轉型。
4、基於新小梅沙業態規劃緊緊圍繞“吃住行遊購娛”六要素，騰訊雲和特發集團、特發信息三方共同推進“旅遊+互聯網”的深度合作，全面提升全域旅遊產業的數字化及服務應用的場景化。
該合作框架協議的簽署，致力於融合特發集團與公司資源優勢、品牌優勢、市場優勢，以及騰訊雲技術優勢、方案優勢、產業生態優勢，各方在雲計算、數據中心等領域深度合作會產生高度的協同和互補效應，符合公司實施戰略發展規劃的需要，有利公司加快在新基建領域的持續發展。
