哈爾濱電氣(01133.HK)向澤盛環保增資1.2億人幣 另授貸最多4,000萬人幣
哈爾濱電氣(01133.HK)公布,旗下附屬鍋爐公司以現金方式向澤盛環保公司增資1.2億元人民幣(下同),並同意向澤盛環保公司提供不超過4,000萬元的現金借款,合計投資不超過1.6億元。
是次投資後,鍋爐公司將持有澤盛環保公司約50.42%的股權,澤盛環保公司將成為鍋爐公司的附屬公司。澤盛環保公司主要業務為環保工程施工;固體廢物治理;危險廢物治理服務;腐蝕性廢棄物治理服務;醫療及藥物廢棄物治理服務;有毒性廢棄物治理服務等。
