去年1月│国家市场监管总局公布《反垄断法修订草案(公开微求意见稿)》，首次将互联网领域纳入，对违法行为的处罚上限或将大幅提高至上一年度销售额的10%。
去年11月2日│人行、银保监、中证监、国家外汇管理局对蚂蚁集团实际控制人马云、董事长井贤栋等进行了监管约谈。
去年11月3日│上交所和港交所同时公告，暂缓蚂蚁集团上市。
去年12月│现行《反垄断法》在颁布12年後迎来首批互联网企业因未申报经营者集中被查处。
去年12月1日│浙江省市场监管局将於近日联合省委宣传部、省网信办、省公安厅等14个网络市场监管联席会议成员单位共同开展专项行动发布结果称，涉及「双11」的网购投诉举报量却比去年同期下降近30%。
去年12月14日│市场监管总局对阿里收购银泰商业、阅文(00772.HK)收购新丽传媒、丰巢收购中邮智递三起股权收购案件中，涉及的三家收购方分别处以50万人币罚款。
去年12月24日│市场监管总局指据举报，依法对阿里巴巴集团实施「二选一」等涉嫌垄断行为立案调查。针对市场举报情况，市场监管总局调查组执法人员进驻阿里集团开展调查。
去年12月25日│《人民日报》评阿里涉嫌垄断被调查，指「平台经济的发展固然离不开规模效应和网络效应，但绝不意味着平台企业可以走向垄断。」
今年2月2日│阿里主席兼首席执行官张勇表示，蚂蚁暂缓上市和对阿里集团反垄断调查，是冷静反思和提升自己的重要机会，正在与市场监管总局充分合作，成立了由多个相关部门负责人组成的专项工作组，开展相关业务自查工作。
今年3月12日│市监局发布信息，据《反垄断法》，对包括腾讯(00700.HK)、美团(03690.HK)及阿里巴巴在内的12家中国互联网科技公司作出顶格处罚，分别处以罚款50万人民币。
今年4月10日│市监局依法作出行政处罚决定，责令阿里停止违法行为，并处以其2019年中国境内销售额4,557亿人民币4%的罚款，计182.28亿人民币。同时也向阿里巴巴发出《行政指导书》，要求其全面整改，并连续三年向市场监管总局提交自查合规报告。
今年4月10日│阿里巴巴表示对此处罚，诚恳接受及坚决服从，将强化依法经营，进一步加强合规体系建设，立足创新发展，更好履行社会责任。
