崑崙萬維(300418.SZ)一季度淨利潤預降28.70%-49.07%
格隆匯 4 月 9日丨崑崙萬維(300418.SZ)公佈，預計2021年第一季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.5億元-3.5億元，同比下降28.70%-49.07%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2.33億元-3.33億元，同比下降27.59%-49.33%。
公司致力於成為全球領先的綜合互聯網平台型公司，為全球互聯網用户提供社交、資訊、娛樂等信息化服務。現已形成信息分發平台Opera(已於2021年1月正式並表，持股比例54.54%)、語音社交平台StarGroup(將於2021年4月正式並表，持股比例80%)、休閒娛樂平台閒徠互娛(持股比例100%)、移動遊戲平台GameArk(持股比例100%)、科技股權投資五大業務板塊，並通過構建集團大數據系統驅動各個業務板塊產生協同效應。
報吿期內，公司各板塊業務持續平穩發展。其中，Opera的核心業務收入增速超出公司預期，已逐步消除疫情所帶來的不利影響。閒徠互娛受疫情緩解的影響，收入逐漸迴歸常態化。同時，閒徠互娛不斷進行可持續化業務形態調整，並積極嘗試創新的商業模式，不斷拓寬產品的多樣化發展，並進行了一系列的研發投入，進一步豐富了公司的收益體系。GameArk業務板塊的自研新遊戲尚處於研發或調優階段，預計未來會逐步實現商業化。投資板塊的收益較去年同期有所下降。
報吿期內，公司的全資子公司Kunlun Tech Limited完成了對OperaLimited的收購，從而使Opera Limited成為公司全資子公司的控股子公司。報吿期內公司對OperaLimited實現了同一控制下的財務報表並表處理。
伴隨着公司於2020年6月完成了子公司GrindrInc.的股權轉讓，GrindrInc.不再納入公司的合併範圍，因此對報吿期內同比的淨利潤變動產生了一定影響。
公司較去年同期計提新發生的股權激勵費用約11996萬元，增加了公司的管理費支出。
根據公司戰略發展規劃，公司的全資子公司Kunlun Group Limited購買Star Group 60.65%普通股股權，此次交易完成後，公司通過全資子公司及控股子公司合計持有StarGroup80%的股權。該交易已於4月份完成股權交割，StarGroup將於2021年二季度正式納入合併報表範圍。同時StarGroup做出業績承諾，2021-2023年扣除非經常性損益後的經審計的税後淨利潤分別不低於人民幣1.92億元、2.3億元和2.76億元。
報吿期內，預計影響淨利潤的非經常性損益金額約1700萬元，主要來自交易性金融資產公允價值變動收益。
