常铝股份(002160.SZ):包头常铝拟以售后回租方式融资不超5000万元
格隆汇4月9日丨常铝股份(002160.SZ)公布,公司于2021年4月8日召开的第六届董事会第十一次会议审议通过了《关于全资子公司开展售后回租融资租赁业务的议案》。公司全资子公司包头常铝将其部分生产设备及设施与德盛租赁开展售后回租融资租赁业务,融资金额不超过5000万元,融资期限为2年。
在租赁期间,包头常铝以回租方式继续占有并使用该部分生产设备及设施,同时按双方约定向德盛租赁支付租金和费用,租赁期满,包头常铝以留购价格100元回购此融资租赁资产所有权。
