新股消息 | 攜程擬明天招股,集資約156億港元
攜程已過港交所上市聆訊,赴港第二上市,保薦人爲中金、高盛及摩根大通。
消息人士透露,攜程將於明天(8日)啓動招股,預期集資約10億至20億美元(約78億至156億港元)。
根據攜程初步招股書披露,旗下擁有四大在線旅遊平臺,分別爲攜程、去哪兒、Trip.com及Skyscanner。截至2021年2月底止,百度爲第一大股東,擁有11.5%股權;創辦人樑建章、沈南鵬等多位董事及管理層合共持有股權約6.7%;騰訊控股大股東Naspers持股約5.5%。
