宏利承租九龍東ITT四層樓面 逾一年半最大宗甲廈租務成交
宏利香港宣布,已簽約承租位處九龍東的國際貿易中心(ITT)四個樓層,共約14.5萬方呎的甲級寫字樓樓面。以實用面積計,這是香港自2019年7月以來的最大宗甲級寫字樓租務成交,亦是自2018年4月以來九龍東的最大宗租務成交。ITT將成為宏利於九龍東的第四座甲級辦公大樓。
此租務協議由宏利與ITT業主私募投資公司太盟投資集團簽訂。宏利近年致力大幅擴展代理人團隊,截至2020年底,宏利香港旗下共有10,706名代理人,過去十年代理人數目增長逾一倍。
