《大行報告》美銀證券上調農行(01288.HK)目標價至4.25元 評級「買入」
美銀證券發表報告指,農業銀行(01288.HK)去年業績表現良好,純利高於該行及市場預期分別5%及10%,核心盈利表現符預期,派息高於該行預期10%,股息率7%屬吸引水平。
該行指農行去年淨利息收入表現強勁,貸款增長穩健,資產質素表現穩定,撥備覆蓋率充足。該行預期在今年資金流動性收緊的情況下,農行核心盈利增長前景良好,加上其高撥備覆蓋率及估值吸引,維持「買入」評級,並上調今明兩年盈測3%至4%,目標價自4元上調至4.25元。
