传人行「收水」限制内银今年贷款增速
据《彭博通讯社》引述消息人士指,内地今年首两月新增贷款急升後,人行已要求主要银行要在年内放缓贷款增速。
该人士表示,人行於3月22日曾召开信贷结构优化调整座谈会,公开表明今年银行贷款总量要以稳定为先,保持贷款平稳成长、合理适度。人行在会上要求银行今年的新增贷款要与去年一致。由於今年首两个月新增贷款超预期激增,意味内银需要限制今年余下时间的贷款增张速度。部分外资行近期也被窗口指导,要求控制其贷款增速。
今年首两月,内地新增贷款达4.9万亿元人民币,按年增加16%兼创新高。
