印度孟买高院法官拒解除冻结字节跳动银行帐户命令
《路透》报道,印度孟买最高法院两名法官,拒绝指令当地政府解除对中国互联网巨擘字节跳动(ByteDance)银行帐户的冻结。
当地税务部门3月中冻结字节跳动在当地的银行帐户,指公司涉嫌逃税。字节跳动代表律师在庭上指出,公司正在「流血」,必须解冻帐户以支付员工薪金及租金。
法官在听取政府律师的陈词後,决定不解除政府的禁令,案件押後至4月6日再聆讯。
