兴胜创建(00896.HK)公布,向南丰集团出售附属公司宝德50%股权,且买方同意促使偿还目标公司结欠卖方之股东贷款之50%,总代价为6,750万元。
交易涉及位於香港新界元朗地皮,有关土地交换涉及向香港政府交付该物业及由香港政府向目标公司重批有关重批地段。重批地段为住宅发展用地,地盘面积7,530平方米,允许的最大楼面面积约7,530平方米。
