抄私募大佬的底？裘國根7.14億元拿下移遠通信七成定增股份，現浮虧近6個點

私募大佬裘國根再次出手，這次看上的是車聯網賽道。
3月31日晚間，移遠通信公佈定增情況報吿書，本次發行募集資金總額為10.63億元，私募大佬裘國根執掌的重陽投資動用旗下5只產品攬下了其中七成份額，共計獲配7.14億元。
根據公吿，本次定增發行價格為221.20元/股。而移遠通信最新股價209.36元，這意味着裘國根等目前已浮虧5.66%。
除了裘國根，參與本次定增的一位自然人田亞也頗具看點。
定增情況報吿書公佈的本次發行後前十大股東變動情況顯示，新進2020年三季報前十大股東榜的自然人任晗熙（當時持股245萬股，佔比2.29%），在過去的半年間又持續增持移遠通信，目前持股數量已近300萬股，佔比也增至2.68%。
在雪球網站討論區，有投資者注意到，田亞與任晗熙的相關持股進出時間高度一致，持倉標的也出現高度重合。
此外，曾在2020年三季度同任晗熙一道增持移遠通信的自然人任向敏，也有着相似的持股路徑。若上述三個自然人為相關資金方，則合計持有移遠通信近450萬股股份，持股比例超過4%。
裘國根、田亞等為何對移遠通信下如此重注？
公開信息顯示，移遠通信成立於2010年，其主要產品涵蓋2G、3G、4G、5G、NB-IoT等通訊模組，GNSS定位模組，WiFi模組等。
所謂模組，就是將基帶芯片、射頻、存儲、電源管理等硬件進行標準格式封裝，使終端客户不需要關注過多內部細節，使用標準接口或指令即可進行通訊、定位等連接。移遠通信的模組主要應用於車載運輸、智慧能源、無線支付、智能安防、智慧城市、無線網關、智能駕駛等領域。
根據相關研究報吿顯示，移遠通信在通訊模組領域裏，市佔率處於國內的龍頭地位。此外，移遠通信在2020年半年報中援引Berg Insight發佈的調研結果稱，2019 年移遠通信超過加拿大公司Sierra Wireless ，成為全球第一大蜂窩物聯網模組供應商。
移遠通信此次定增所募資金將用於全球智能製造中心建設項目、研發中心升級項目和智能車聯網產業化項目。其中，由常州移遠負責實施的全球智能製造中心建設項目，是本次定增募投的“重頭戲”，投資總額超過8.5億元，項目達產後年營收近50億元，年利潤總額約1.5億元。智能車聯網產業化項目投產後，預計年可實現營業收入25.59億元，利潤總額超過7500萬元。
