中國東方集團(00581.HK)2020年淨利15.86億元 同比減少50.6%
格隆匯 3 月 31日丨中國東方集團(00581.HK)公吿，2020年年度業績，收入約人民幣391.5億元人民幣(單位下同)，同比減少9%；公司權益持有者應占溢利15.86億元，同比減少50.6%；每股基本收益0.43元；於2021年3月31日舉行的董事局會議上，董事局建議就截至2020年12月31日止年度派發末期股息1.861億港元(約人民幣1.573億元)(即每股普通股0.05港元)。
集團持續進行效率提升及成控制等，從而提升營運效益及可持續性。與此同時，受原材料價格上升(特別是鐵礦石)、新冠病毒疫情大流行、政府的多項限產政策的實行以及下述的與日常生產同時並行的裝備大型化項目的施工等，均對集團的產量及毛利有所影響。
另外，因出售東方晶源微電子科技(北京)有限公司("東方晶源")31%股份，集團錄得約人民幣1.94億元的非經常性出售收益。監於以上的情況，集團已積極採取靈活的生產管理，包括主動的減少產量、採取一系列的新冠病毒疫情預防措施等，以減低相關挑戰對營運的影響。
在此等因素綜合影響下，集團的全年度業績較去年回落。於截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得收入約人民幣391.5億元，較去年同期減少約9.0%。與去年相比，自行生產的鋼鐵產品的平均銷售單價及銷售量分別下降2.3%及8.4%至每噸約人民幣3,313元及約820萬噸，而毛利則受上述因素影響，減少約47.3%至約人民幣20.2億元。集團的年度溢利為約人民幣16.2億元，較去年約人民幣32.7億元的溢利減少約50.4%。集團的息税折舊及攤銷前溢利，從去年的約人民幣53.3億元減少至約人民幣30.8億元，每股基收益為人民幣0.43元(2019年：人民幣0.86元)。
於2020年7月，公司獲選為2020年《財富》中國500強排行榜中第223位；於2020年9月，集團間接非全資擁有97.6%權益附屬公司河北津西鋼鐵集團股份有限公司("津西鋼鐵")獲中央精神文明建設指導委員會授予"全國文明單位"稱號；於2020年11月及12月，津西鋼鐵獲河北省政府授予"2019年河北省政府質量獎"及"河北省優秀民營企業"稱號。
